Fall Conference

September
ICC’s flagship Fall Consulting Conference is a perfect starting point for HBA students looking to step into the consulting space in the beginning of the school year. This conference provided attendees with networking opportunities and all the basic technical/case knowledge they will need for consulting recruiting! This event is ICC’s largest, with over 250 attendees. A huge thanks to our sponsor firms McKinsey, Bain, BCG, and Monitor Deloitte for their support each year!

Case Prep Essentials

September
The Case Prep Essentials Workshop is one of ICC’s most attended events. ICC goes through all the basics of case interview prep, covering topics such as frameworking, exhibits, case math, delivery, and more. It’s a must-attend for any student interested in consulting to be prepared for recruiting processes throughout the year.

Mentorship Program

September - April
ICC’s mentorship program kicks off in September, where HBA1 or HBA2 dual students are matched with upper year HBA2 & HBA3 students (based on target firm & industry interests) who’ve been through it all for consulting recruiting - networking, interviewing, and the summer internship itself! Mentors graciously volunteer their time to give back to HBA1  ICC members with chats, mock interviews, and moral support!

Toronto Firm Trip

November
The Toronto Firm Trip brings around 50 ICC members downtown to visit partner firms ahead of their recruiting processes. Firms visited vary year-to-year. Transportation is free - covered by the ICC membership fee and through support of the firms.

Winter Conference

November
The Winter Consulting Conference offers an additional opportunity for HBA students interested in consulting, from new to familiar, to brush up on recruiting skills ahead of the winter recruiting cycle. A big thank you to sponsors Accenture and Mastercard who supported over 100 attendees.
